Online Payments

Payment Refunds:
All payments made to Gennext Studio Digistrategists Private Limited for services rendered are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate agreement or under exceptional circumstances deemed valid by Gennext Studio.

Disputed Payments:
In the event of a disputed payment or billing issue, please contact our customer support team within 10 days of the transaction for investigation and resolution.

Refund Processing Time:
If a refund is approved according to our policies, the processing time may vary depending on the payment method used. Typically, refunds will be processed within 10 days of approval.

Project Engagements

Cancellation or Termination:
If a project engagement is canceled or terminated by the client before its completion, refunds, if applicable, will be determined based on the terms specified in the project agreement.

Partial Services:
In cases where only a portion of the project has been completed, refunds, if applicable, will be prorated based on the work completed and expenses incurred by Gennext Studio up to the cancellation or termination date
